Egg custard tart/pie

One of my favorite deserts, that i really fucking like, im sorry for how non descriptive everything sounds, it was given to me in a piece of a5 papert and it only ocupies half of the page.

what will you need:

• round puffy pastry
• 1 litre of cream
• 9 eggs: 3 of them whole, and 6 yolks
• 1 cup of sugar

How to make it

• Mix everything together
• Line the cake/pie pan whit the puff pastry
• Take it to the oven for around 30min at a temperature of around 180Cº

I like to leave it in the oven while turned off for a while, but theres no need for thar. And after that leave it in the fridge for a while before serving it.
